Spring Mini-Sessions!

Some of you might know that i am a member of a really special group called Maranatha Touring Choir, of Maranatha Music Ministies. I started singing with the choir when i was a senior in high school, mostly because i lost a bet to a friend, actually! Since then, my love & gratitude for this organization has grown immensely & even though i am older now & in a much different place in my life than i was at age 17, i keep coming back season after season!

Maranatha Touring Choir is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year. It was established in 1972 in Fredericksburg (read more). My parents were in it one of its first years, in fact! Each summer, we go on tour around the country, usually south or north. This year, we are going south, with performances down in Nashville & Knoxville, Charleston & Atlanta, and a bunch of places in between on a 9 day tour in July. This year, i am heading up some of the fundraising, and portrait sessions were the first thing that came to mind!

So! During the months of March, April, AND May, Kathryne Carter of K.Colleen Photography will be doing mini-sessions for fundraising for the Maranatha Touring Choir.

Cost?

Each session is $100.

That includes a 30 minute shooting session, no fewer than 20 images, carefully edited, a disc with all the images in high-resolution, as well as a copyright release form for all the images.

For each session, the choir member or the family of choir members you with to designate your funds to will receive $50 dollars towards their financial obligation. If that choir member or family of choir members has more than 4 referrals, the 5th sessions payment will ALL go to towards their obligation!

If you don't want to specify who your money will go to support in the choir, it will be evenly distributed between all participating members.
